Refund policy

We want our handmade items to bring you joy. If an item is not right for you, you can return it.

Returns within 14 days

• You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.
• Let us know by email at mdc.zidinys@gmail.com, stating your order number and the items you are returning (you can use the form below).
• Return the item no later than 14 days after notifying us: send it to us (we will give you the return method and address in our reply) or bring it to our workshop at Vytenio g. 47, Marijampolė (by prior arrangement).

Condition of the item

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Please return it unused, clean, with its labels and, if possible, in its original packaging. If the value of the item has been reduced by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Refunds

• We refund the full price paid for the item. If you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.
• We refund using the same payment method you used, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof of sending it.
• The cost of returning the item is paid by the buyer.

Defective or wrong item

If you have received a defective item, an item damaged in transit or the wrong item, write to us as soon as possible and attach photos. We will replace the item free of charge or refund you, and we will cover the return costs.

When returns are not possible

The right of return does not apply to items made to order or personalised (e.g. with a name or to your specified dimensions or colours). If such an item is defective, we will repair or replace it.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different colour or size), write to us – if the item you want is available, we will arrange the exchange.

Withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
