Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Lithuania takes 1–3 working days from order confirmation. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us by email.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within Lithuania is free for orders of €50 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping price depends on the method you choose: delivery to a parcel locker (Omniva, DPD, LP Express) starts from €2.99, and a courier to your door (LP Express) costs €5.49. You will see the exact price at checkout.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes! You are welcome to visit our social workshop at Vytenio g. 47, Marijampolė, Lithuania. Please arrange a time with us in advance.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is undamaged and unused. Please contact us at mdc.zidinys@gmail.com.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, we cover the return costs. In all other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.

About our products

Are all products handmade?

Yes! All our products are 100% handmade by our social workshop team, with dedication and care.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, safe fabrics and materials. You will find detailed information about the materials in each product description.

How should I care for handmade products?

We recommend washing by hand or in a washing machine on a gentle cycle at 30 °C. More detailed care instructions can be found on the product label.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard and others), with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, or by online banking (banks in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland). We also accept bank transfers, and cash when you collect your order at the workshop. We can issue invoices.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. Card payments are handled by Shopify Payments and online banking payments by MakeCommerce – your bank or card details are encrypted and are never visible to us.

What is a social workshop?

Our social workshop is a place where 12 people with psychosocial or intellectual disabilities work, learn and create unique handmade products every day. By buying our products, you help them integrate into the labour market and express themselves.

How does my purchase help?

Every purchase directly supports our social mission: people with disabilities gain meaningful work, become more independent and can take a more active part in society.
